What does the Centre do? PDF Print E-mail

The Centre has three main roles.

  • to build an understanding of what determines poor health;
  • to learn how to improve health; and
  • to establish new ways of improving health.

The Centre is drawing on the experiences and insights of a wide range of people and organisations. GCPH does not simply carry out research. A key role of the Centre is to make a difference to the health of Glasgow’s population.
