Growing the evidence base that cycling is good for health and the economy

01 May 2013

Event on 21st May to launch findings from a health economic analysis of cycling data.

Seminar on Tuesday 21st May 2013, 10.00am – 1.00pm

St Andrew's in the Square, Glasgow

We are running a seminar to launch findings from a health economic analysis of cycling data in Glasgow that show that promoting cycling represents extremely good value for money.  Our keynote speaker at this event is Nick Cavill of Cavill Associates, who helped to develop the health economic assessment tool (HEAT), used in the analysis.

Come along and join in discussions about our results, hear about what is happening in Glasgow in relation to cycling infrastructure and what is planned for the future.  We still have a few places at the seminar - if you would like to attend please email Carol Frame.
