How well are we describing your neighbourhood?

27 May 2016

We’re asking people in Glasgow to look at and give feedback on our set of health and wellbeing profiles for Glasgow neighbourhoods.

Our health and wellbeing profiles are available on the Understanding Glasgow website.

There are 60 profiles in total, covering Glasgow as a whole, the three sub-sectors of Glasgow (North East, North West and South Glasgow) and 56 neighbourhoods across the city. Each profile comprises a set of 27 indicators, covering various population themes: demography, cultural factors, environment and transport, socioeconomic factors, education, poverty and health.

The profiles were produced to inform people about health and wellbeing in Glasgow, to inform action at neighbourhood level by services and local communities.

We'd like to know what you think of the profiles – whether you’re a new user or already familiar with the Understanding Glasgow resources – so have a look and see how they match your perceptions of your neighbourhood. Please also let us know if you have any suggestions for future content.

The survey only takes a few minutes and we would be very grateful if you could join in and let us know what you think.

Take the survey.
