Lizzie works in partnership with the New Gorbals Housing Association on an approach being used in the area entitled "Thriving Places".

Thriving Places is the name given to a process which is aimed at improving the way that communities, voluntary groups, councils and other organisations work together. It is also about giving power to local communities. This 10 year project is focussed on delivering local services and making the best use of the local community assets. 

Lizzie will be using existing data to inform the Thriving Places approach in Gorbals and developing a baseline dataset that can be used to monitor progress over the coming years.
