The regeneration challenge in transformation areas

This paper uses findings from the GoWell baseline survey of summer 2006 to identify key challenges facing the regeneration of large ‘Transformation Areas’ in Glasgow.

Glasgow Housing Association (GHA), in collaboration with other key partners, including Glasgow City Council (GCC), is planning to invest and transform eight major social housing areas within the city of Glasgow, of which three are included in the GoWell programme of research.
